For Example, The Right Way To Hit Somebody Off With Minimal Work is to type this in in cmd: ping -v igmp 0.0.0.0 -l 65500 -t Replace the 0.0.0.0 with the IP Address. If you automatically get 'Request Timed Out.' Then Your Internet Is Not Good Enough To Kill That IP, Try Lowering The Number of Packets Sent (Where You Put 65500) Maybe Try 6550..
